Having spent his entire career at Hitech where he began as a data entry operator more than two decades ago, Tapan embodies resilience, unwavering dedication, and a commitment to goal achievement. In prior leadership roles, he made lasting impacts in business process management, HRMS development and implementation, B2B portal management, and digital marketing at Hitech.
With a dynamic approach, Tapan ensures holistic synergy across all business functions. His ability to thrive under high-pressure situations, coupled with an indomitable positive attitude and affable demeanor, inspires teams to achieve excellence in projects of any complexity.
Beyond his strategic role, Tapan is equally fervent about overseeing corporate events at Hitech and leading initiatives for Antardhwani, Hitech’s CSR wing.
