About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer who will lead automation strategy across API, UI, workflow, performance, and ML/AI testing for enterprise-grade Hitech i2i™.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for API, UI, workflow, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Build and execute automated API test suites using Postman, Newman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and custom scripting.
- Develop UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress with broad regression and compatibility coverage.
- Implement load, stress, and performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) with continuous quality gates.
- Develop automated health checks, smoke tests, and monitoring scripts to ensure platform stability.
- Design ML/AI model validation harnesses covering OCR output quality, extraction accuracy, prediction consistency, and drift detection using tools like Deepchecks, EvidentlyAI, and Great Expectations.
- Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, ML, and DevOps teams to drive quality, troubleshoot issues, and strengthen testing best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Test Automation, with strong hands-on scripting in Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Expertise in API automation using Postman, Newman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Strong experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for UI automation.
- Experience with CI/CD test integration in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with performance/load testing tools: JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or equivalent.

Position Summary
The Structural BIM Modeler is responsible for developing and managing detailed structural BIM models for RCC and steel structures while ensuring adherence to project standards and BIM workflows. The role involves preparing structural models, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free project delivery. Key Responsibilities
