Our Leadership Team.
Bhushan leads the BIM Engineering division, a team of 150 engineers and modelers. He focuses on operations excellence through the integration of new technology tools, automation and various Lean techniques leading to improving quality and productivity.
He has spent around 20 years managing diverse projects–BIM solutions, architectural and interior design, green building design support, and infrastructure development. Prior to joining HitechDigital, he was an Executive Director responsible for projects and sales at the Indian subsidiary of Netherlands-based 3D BluePrint. Bhushan writes and speaks often on best global practices in building design. He has been a speaker at various international BIM conferences.
