Client Profile.

The company is dedicated to the design, development, and support of real estate investment management and property management software. They assist real estate players across North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia in fulfilling their project management, data conversion, data analysis, and data customization projects.

Business Need.

Client offered a complete range of end-to-end data solutions to real estate markets. For this they collected information from mortgages, deeds, Lis pendens (pending lawsuits), judgments, parcel documents, foreclosure data and various other property documents available on 20 plus different county clerk websites.

To increase the efficiency of its data aggregation operations, the company partnered with HitechDigital to support data extraction from huge volumes of property documents on an ongoing basis. Ensuring operational scalability and flexibility while optimizing costs was also an important objective.

Solution.

Delivered a structured and seamless end-to-end data aggregation workflow which enabled ongoing extraction of millions of records from county clerk property documents. The process involved search for relevant documents, identifying data points and entering them into client portal as well as excel template.

Approach.

A team of 14 data entry specialists was put in place and imparted necessary domain training. They were also given a thorough understanding of complex property document structures and identifying relevant fields. The teams were allocated to shifts in a manner that maximum resources worked during hours that had higher chances of records being updated.
