Hitech provides CAE services for product functionality validation, root cause failure analysis and overall design optimization. Our FEA modeling services have helped manufacturers save up to 80% of physical testing costs. Our CFD solutions have helped plant owners achieve up to 30% reduction in energy consumption and overall improvement in plant efficiency.

We have deep domain expertise in industrial product components and assemblies (coils, blades, ducts, gears, jigs and fixtures, pipes, tubes, valves, etc.), building products (HVAC systems, trusses, elevators, handrails, furniture) and plant equipment (boilers, cutting machines, enclosures, reactors, tanks, and pressure vessels). Our experience spans 10+ years, including projects that involved up to 45m cell count of cross sectional area of 26,000 m2 and mesh size/ shell thickness up to 10 microns.

Our teams use ANSYS software suite, FDS and CAD-Integrated SolidWorks® Simulation and follow strict quality assurance procedures with a correlation of CFD/FEA results vs field test/ baseline values within a range of ±5%. Our goal is to continuously improve productivity and use various automation techniques including scripting in APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) to facilitate shorter turnarounds.

We act as an extended arm to design engineers in aerospace, automobile, chemical engineering, civil engineering, energy/oil and gas and heavy equipment for optimizing their designs at a greater pace.
