Intensive Image Retouching for a Fashion Footwear Retailer in Florida, USA

The Solution

Delivered 462,057 images with post production of removing the back ground of an image and replacing it with a white background highlighting the product through clipping path.

Technology / Software

After comprehending client requirements; it was concluded to use Adobe Photoshop for editing and Adobe Lightroom for color corrections for successfully executing this image enhancement project.

The Solution

To attain this challenging task a workflow was designed, with ensured that a designer would work only on his/her area of expertise, in coordination with internal checklist & specifications by client. For post processing the images to maintain the realism of the image, clipping path expertise clubbed with removal of unwanted areas from the image and improvement in the overall composition was put at task. Images were uploaded on server for processing as per client specifications. 20 plus graphic designers are working on this ongoing project, enhancing more than 12,000 images month on month. Multilayered quality check process was followed. Upon completion, the process of data transfer through server was followed to send, images back to the client.
